I have been to a few medspas around town and this one is hands down my favorite! I’m going to sound like a friend or something from the way I’m gushing, but this was my first time in and I didn’t know anyone. Nice staff, (Angie is amazing!)super thoughtful, and they are very concerned about safety and the artistry behind everything they do. What I also love is the community they are trying to build and that these specialists train and want to train to learn new techniques that are safer and last longer. Angie did my injections and she is the absolute best! Super sweet and funny. Best injections I’ve ever had! Will be back!

Worst experience ever ! Angie the injector had no say so in anything besides charging me $29 for a “medical clearance” and insisting that I go through my emails and txt messages to show her the $189 special or she couldn’t honor it. She spent out appointment time arguing with me about a txt message. She even called her boss to ask if she’d honor the special… And IM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER !! Forget it ! I left… taking my business to a real med spa.

Hannah is an extremely knowledgable and professional esthetician and really knows what she's talking about! I started getting regular facials after my 30th birthday to *treat myself,* and the first place I tried in Austin was Kalologie. I was experiencing some pretty bad upper lip melasma and dry/sensitive skin issues due to allergies since moving to town, and Hannah took the time to sit with me and understand all my skin situation thoroughly. I've been getting monthly facials from Hannah for a year now and she is a literal angel on earth. After our first appointment I signed up for a membership because it was THAT good and I knew I had to start seeing her on a regular basis. Not only does she give me excellent custom facials (due to some of my sensitivities), she has reviewed my skin care routine with me thoroughly and helped me understand what I should be doing on a daily basis, what products are and are not worth it, and what could be causing some of my redness/itchiness! She identified some of the problems in my routine (that my derm didn't catch) and I haven't had problems since! On top of that, my upper lip melasma has improved significantly after 6 months - it is a slow process but I see the difference even know as we are approaching hotter weather. I always look forward to my monthly facials with her - so relaxing and refreshing and on top of that I feel like I am heard! Great, professional service and a super clean medspa. One time Hannah was out so Jessica gave me a facial in her place and it was also excellent! Can't recommend Hannah or Jessica enough. Front office staff is also super friendly and accommodating for last minute emergencies, and the prices are not insane. I also like that I never feel upselled to buy certain products or services, which I have experienced at other medspas.
